Mezzanine Partners is a private debt investment funds which focuses on mid-market companies in the Benelux.

Originating from a strategic alliance between Capital@rent (Cennini Holding) and the Flemish investment company PMV, Mezzanine Partners has already invested over 80 million euros in Belgian and Dutch growth companies since 2014.

After the successful conclusion of the first funds MP1, the company launched a second fund in 2018 in which once again 100 million euros were collected with the help of various Flemish families. Within a market traditionally dominated by foreign players, this can once again ensure a supply from Belgian soil in years to come.
