Capital@rent was formed in 2007 and specialises in providing  mezzanine finance.

 

This finance takes the form of a subordinated loan in which the principal sum is repaid on the expiry date of the loan. Capital@rent does not  become part of the corporate capital and leaves the company management entirely to the operator.
